Digital television access, mobile telephony, use of moving images on the internet are leading to new platforms, new business models, new legal issues, new market players. What are the implications for footage archives? A panel of experts, including Hubert Best from Bird & Bird, and Matthew White from National Geographic TV and Film Library, and led by Julie Lewis from Focal, will address these issues.
