Conference registration form

• You can either fill the registration form on line
  Note : If you have registered on line, note your ID number.

Registration fee

Registration fee for each delegate includes :

• access to all conference sessions, workshops, events
• the conference bag
• coffee break, working lunches as well as breakfast on Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th and Monday 19th for those staying at the Parker Meridien

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes :

• all evening events
• breakfast on Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th and Monday 19th for those staying at the Parker Meridien

Inclusive conference fee

A sliding scale of charges applies to people from the same FIAT member organization. The first registered person pays the full fee. Then a discount is applied to all subsequent registrants from the same organisation. All payments received prior to 31st July benefit from a 50 US$ discount.

Accompanying person fee

Payment of the conference fee

• The payment of the conference fee has to be made in advance
• You can register now and pay later, preferably before 31st July, if you want to benefit from the 50 US$ discount
• You should pay by wire transfer in US dollars (or by cheque, if you are a US citizen)

Hotel reservation

• This is the most urgent thing to do
• We have pre-booked 100 rooms at the Parker Meridien, at a special fare of 265 US$, not including taxes. Additional person charge is $30.00 per night. Note that breakfast is included in the conference fee for three days, for delegates and for accompanying persons staying at the Parker Meridien.
• The booking of the rooms is guaranteed until 31st July.
• For the Parker Meridien Hotel, you should book on line.
• You will notice the special fare for the FIAT IFTA Conference.
• As usual, the hotel requests the details of your credit card to guarantee the booking of the room
• If you book in another place, just mention it on the registration form

Conference locations

Hotel Parker Meridien

The Hotel is located on 57th Street, between avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue. It is midtown Manhattan and just steps away from Central Park, MOMA, Carnegie Hall, Broadway theaters and CBS News Archives.

Hotel Holiday Inn

The Hotel is also located on 57th Street, three blocks West of the Parker.

Remi

Located on 53rd Street, between 6th and 7th Avenue, it is a famous Italian restaurant. It will host the opening cocktail party, on Friday evening.

Museum of Television and Radio

The Museum is located on 52nd Street between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas. The Museum will host the screening of the shortlisted programmes for the FIAT Television Archive Award, on Saturday evening.
