Booking Policy:

On receipt of the client's signed registration form, SANA hotel will deduct the cost of the 1st night's accommodation from the client credit card. This amount is NON REFUNDABLE and guarantees your reservation.

The remaining balance of the reservation will be charged at client's check-out, together will possible extras requested.

Cancellation Policy:

In accordance to the SANA Lisboa Park Hotel cancellation policies, the hotel reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

• From 105 to 91 days prior to arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 90 to 61 days prior to arrival date:50% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 60 to 32 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 31 to 15 days prior to arrival date: 95% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 14 days to arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

No show: it will be charged directly in the client's credit card until 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Booking Policy:

On receipt of the client's signed registration form, NH Parque hotel will receive information on details of the client credit card.

Reservation will be charged at client's check-out, together will possible extras requested.

Cancellation Policy:

In accordance to the NH Parque Hotel cancellation policies, the hotel reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

• Until 16 days prior to arrival date: Free of charge
• From 15 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 7 to 3 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 48h prior to arrival date: 75% of the total amount of the reservation.
• From 24h prior to arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

• From 30 to 11 days prior to arrival date: 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
