Registration fee

The inclusive conference fee applies to delegates attending the whole conference, or more than one day. It includes access to all conference sessions, workshops and social events, the conference bag, working lunches and coffee breaks.

A sliding scale of charges applies to people from the same FIAT member organization. The first registered person pays the full fee. Then a discount is applied to all subsequent registrants from the same organisation. All payments received prior to 31st July benefit from a 50 € discount.

The accompanying person fee includes the attendance to all evening events.

Conference registration process

Joint form

There is one "joint form" to register for the conference and to book your hotel room.

Fill one form for each participant, then fax it to both RTP and TLC (RTP travel agency). The contact details are given on the first page of the "joint form".

Payment of the conference fee

RTP will acknowledge reception of your registration form by sending an e-mail.  The e-mail will specify the bank details required for payment by bank transfer.

The payment of the conference fee has to be made in advance.

You can register now and pay later, preferably before 31st July, if you want to benefit from the 50 € discount.

Please note that all payments must be made in euros by bank transfer to RTP  

Accommodation

On the same "joint form", you will choose your hotel and book your room.

To guarantee the booking of your room you should give your credit card details.

Rooms have been pre-booked in four hotels.

Cancellation policy

The Conference organization will accept cancellations by e-mail or fax up to September 15th, 2007. 90 % vill be returned, 10 % will be retained as cancellation fee. Refunds will be made once the conference is finished and it is determined that the cancellation has been made properly. No cancellations will be accepted after September 15th, 2007.

Visa

Please check with your travel agency or consulate whether you require a visa to enter Portugal.

If a visa is required, then ask RTP to provide you with a formal invitation letter, by sending an e-mail to rui.fernando.martins@rtp.pt
